The People Project is a series of photographs that I produced while taking a photography class in Florence, Italy.  This series examines seven individuals living on the streets of Florence.  Each person did what they had to to survive: some performed, some begged, and some relied on the random acts of kindness of others. The look of each of their faces is unique to how they have reacted  and dealt with the stuggles of life.

Portrait photography can tell a lot about the individual, much more than can be explained in words.  This is the first of several portrait studies that I hope to complete.
